Townhome 3 miles from Stadium - free garage parking

Great for families or groups!

Conveniently located in Park Forest near shopping, restaurants, etc.

CATA bus stop is right out front, or you can hitch a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to Beaver Stadium or downtown State College.

There are 2 very sizable bedrooms (one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed). There is plenty of floor space in each bedroom for a Queen air mattress, as well as in the den area at the top of the stairs (by the desk). I will have one Queen sized air mattress available for you to use. Alternatively, the air mattress could fit in the living room and there are also a couch and loveseat available.

Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There is a 4-person table in the dining room and a 4-person table on the patio.

Those with allergies: I make sure the house is very clean before you arrive, but please note that there are 2 short-haired cats that live here. They will not be here during your stay.

Penn State weekend

Clean place. Nice neighbor. Close to most things. Distance from game a little long but a a very brief uber/lyft ride. Good fit for 4 but will plenty of space for cot/air matress.
