  • This spacious home sleeps up to 14 and is located within 2.4 miles of Beaver Stadium, Downtown, Campus and The Nittany Mall. Our home has 4 bedrooms each with a queens size bed and has 4 full bathrooms. The large Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The living room has 2 Sofa Beds and a queen size lay down sofa. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and a Trundle Day bed.

Football Weekend

Great house for large group....plent of space...we had 14 guests and we never felt cramped. Great location for any event in State College....especially football games...every type of business you need is within 3 miles or less of this location and the staduim is 2 miles away. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Great house for families

We all loved this large beautiful home. The host provided many towels, sheets, blankets and beds to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The kitchen was stocked with many pots, pans, cooking and baki g utensils plus more. The host responded immediately to any of my questions.

Olympic Wrestling Trials

A group of us stayed for a long weekend during the U. S. Olympic Wrestling Trials at the BJC. Everything was excellent and just as the listing stated. The house is roomy, clean, and has comfortable sleeping arrangements. Tiffany was great to work with and was always just a message away.

Perfect fit for our large family

This home was perfect for our large family for my son’s winter graduation. Plenty of beds and multiple full bathrooms ensured everyone was comfortable. Everything was immaculate and cozy with spacious kitchen and living room. Plus there’s toys in the basement for the little ones. Coffee and tea supplies, paper towels and toilet paper and hand and dish soap are available so no rush to the grocery store when you first arrive. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. My family lived there stay and would definitely do it again

Great Gathering Space

We were a group of PSU Alumni who gathered for the Blue/White game. The house was a perfect location and short drive the stadium! It also just up the road from Happy Valley Brewing where our large party had drinks and dinner our 1st evening. Everything at the house was very comfortable and suited all our needs. Having 4 bathrooms was helpful! Tiffany was very accommodating to all of our arrival and departure times. When we entered the house she left us a special surprise that went above and beyond any other rental we have had! Overall a well appointed space, perfect for gathering together!

A Wonderful Experience

Tiffany is a fabulous host and is a great communicator. We were repeat guests from last year and she remembered us! There was a cute hand towel specially made with a basketball waiting in the kitchen for us - she knew we were in town for a tournament. We had plenty of room for our family and another family sharing the house with us. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. It felt like home! We will be back again anytime we need to stay in the State College area
