Modern Lakefront home, 3 bds, 2 baths, dock, gazebo, kayaks, and fishing.

  • Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space designed for relaxing, built to create memories. Reconnect with nature from the comfort of your living room. Enjoy outdoor waterfront living and disconnect from this crazy world for a while.
    You can use the entire property, and everything on it. However, the sail boat on the dock is off limits. (it tips over)
    The entire home is just for you, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in the main level, owner's loft suite with its own bathroom in the upper level, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas blend with the oversized windows and the full length deck with BBQ area overlooking Lake Martha and your own private waterfront park with kayaks, private dock and a gazebo.

    - Bedroom 2 with closet (two twin size beds)

    We live 20 minutes away and we can be reached through the app at anytime. Also, our direct emergency number can be found on the fridge.

    - The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars only.
    - No oversized commercial vehicles allowed. This is a busy road. no street parking is available.
    - Accessing the lake and the house requires the use of stairs.
    - This house is not child proof.
    - There are 2 private bedrooms in the main level and a master suite which is the entire upper semi private loft with its own bathroom (see photos).
    - Lake Martha is a quiet lake (no gas motors allowed)
