A little jem in West Yorkshire the staff were so helpful and showed such interest in their quests . Will definitely be returning .only one tiny negative comment bathroom supplies of shower gel,shampoos etc were not replaced daily . "

"Room was very modern and clean - radiator heat and no AC made it a little challenging to control temp in springtime but with patience and open windows it was possible. Great bathroom & lovely tea/cookie setup. "

"Very pleasant stay at Highfield House over the weekend. Greeted by our host on arrival and all essential information shared. Room (4) was clean and adequate size. Towels etc changed each day where necessary. Only had breakfast on our last morning and regrets that we didn't try it before. It was lovely. Was lucky enough to get one of the parking spaces so didn't need to touch the car all weekend. Its a very showy walk into the busy end of town. Only criticism would be the weak wifi signal which...

"Very helpful staff. Our first room was rather small with a very hard bed, but they changed it to a bigger room for our last night. Some of the boutique rooms have very quirky furniture! The staff were great, and the breakfasts were brilliant. Would stay again - but choose the room carefully."

"Leeming Wells is well located for a number of tourist destinations, Haworth and the Brontes, Pendle Witch tours, Penistone Hill Country Park to name a few. The room had beautiful views, was a good size and very clean. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool. Breakfast at the pub next door was generous and very tasty. "

"Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...

"Great place for a short stay. Clean & good facilities bit of confusion over payment…. Thought paid up front but hotel said not… so this is main reason for 4 not 5. Also close to late night pubs/ clubs…. So if you’re wanting to go to see early… probably not the place for you as the music can be quite loud. However, not an issue for us & slept really well. Ultimately good value for money & would stay again."
