Nice property

I have not experienced this level of service in San Francisco anywhere else. The staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From ensuring we had rides, reservations and the necessary infrastructure to conduct work from the hotel to the little touches of dropping of fresh flowers and providing yummy treats throughout our stay -- everything was so carefully crafted and thought through. And the views, interiors and food were delicious. To bring this home, when i was checking out, I asked if they had a gift shop and sold sweaters because I needed something warm to weat on the plane. When they didn't have anything, the hotel manager offered me a shawl of her own??! It was the most generous act and completely unexpected. I will be returning the garment on my next stay in San Francisco when I inevitably stay at the Huntington Hotel again. No better place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel because it was very clean and modern and the rooms were extremely nice and a incredibly short walk to Ghirardelli Square where there are many shops and fun experiences overall 9.5 out of 10
