"The apartment is very nice. It is well furnished and very clean. Our hosts were friendly and eager to be of any assistance. The location is excellent. Only a few short blocks to the Niendorf Market where there are many shops, restaurants and the subway station. The train went directly to the convention center in 12 to 18 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In all it is a great place to stay in Hamburg!"

"Pros: Het appartement was erg aangenaam. De kamers waren erg ruim en leuk aangekleed. Er waren ruim voldoende handdoeken en dekens. In de keuken zijn wat kruiden en folie etc aanwezig. Ook kinderservies en een kinderstoel. Er was veel aankleding met kleine kleedjes er onder, dit vond onze baby erg leuk om aan te trekken dus dit moesten we wel hoog wegleggen. Het babybedje is ook uitgerust met een verschoonplankje, dus ideaal. De douche is heerlijk en schoon. De gastheer en vrouw zijn erg...

"Dobry hotel apartamentowy, położony w zasięgu 10-15 minut spaceru do Ratusza, domów towarowych, a także do portu skąd pływają statki wycieczkowe po porcie i Speicherstadt. Do Elbfilharmonie też 10 minut spaceru. Nasz pokój składał się z salonu z kuchnią oraz osobnej zamykanej sypialni z łazienką. Łącznie były 2 łazienki - jedna z wanną, druga z prysznicem. W takim apartamencie mogło być 4 osoby - na rozkładanej kanapie było miejsce do spania dla dwóch osób. Apartament był bardzo czysty -choć łazienki mają już swoje lata i na pewno odświeżenie im nie zaszkodzi. Kuchnia wyposażona w płytę grzewczą, lodówkę , zmywarkę i mikrofalę. Ilość naczyń stołowych, garnków i różnych akcesoriów kuchennych wystarczająca do przygotowania śniadania i kolacji. Brak ekspresu do kawy, ale na parterze jest całodobowo dostępny ekspres i kawa, mleko oraz jest możliwość przygotowania sobie wody (też gazowanej). Łóżko jak dla nas trochę twarde, ale można się przyzwyczaić, hałas z ulicy nam nie przeszkadzał (było 34-37 stopni C) i okna były zamknięte. Dużo korzystaliśmy z klimatyzacji, która z trudem, ale dawała radę. WiFi było stabilne i dobrze działało. Korzystaliśmy z tego hotelu po raz drugi i jeśli będziemy ponownie w Hamburgu to pewnie pojawimy się po raz trzeci. Dobry bezpośredni dojazd z lotniska linią S1 - stacja 5 min. Sklepy, kawiarnie, bary i restauracje niedaleko do 10 minut spaceru. Hotel jest prawie obok kościoła św. Michała z piękną wysoką wieżą widokową, na którą wjedziecie ... windą"

"The hotel was good in most respects, it was clean, the staff were helpful, the bed was comfy the breakfasts were good and it had a nice bar that served food until late (I think 23:00). However,the shower wasn't well maintained. The holder would not hold its position and slid down (it must have been this way for a while). There was some issue with the shower temperature control, causing fluctuations in temperature. The area was also very noisy as there are many people with fast cars that seem to congregate there and whom like to show off just how quickly they can achieve the impressive speed of 30kph (the streets are small and with competing traffic)."
