So handy as a perfect starting point no matter what direction our plans were taking us, easy walk to the Old Town area and the river front just beyond, maybe 15 & 20 min respectfully at a leisurely pace. Wouldn't even consider anywhere else, the staff was beyond kind and gracious, loved our stay."

"Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap! "
