I was underwhelmed by the condo -- (1) small A/C unit coupled with bad circulation led to the downstairs being freezing and upstairs being stuffy, (2) drier didn't work and would beep all night long unless you turned the breaker off, (3) showers were missing chunks of tile, (4) dining room light consistently flickered, and (5) I just felt gross on the couches. Additionally we didn't get check in information until an hour before our arrival, and cleaning/maintenance crews were still inside working for 2 hrs after arrived. All this to say the condo was "fine" for the price but I would not choose to stay here again. ##### Victoria M. I hate leaving negative reviews and I try to be understanding. We had a good time and were glad we were able to travel and see family, but I was disappointed. There definitely needs to be some things updated and it needs some TLC. Property owners where great an helpful. Our whole family stay an never felt cramped pretty roomie. Did get warm upstairs so you need to leave the bedroom doors open. Great first impression. There were dishes in the dishwasher, the place needed to be dusted and the bed sheets were dirty as if someone had already slept in them. The TVs were old and outdated other than the master. We were only there for 2 nights so I didn’t have to deal with it long. The entire place was very clean. It has a little patio area we liked. It's on the back of the building, so it's more private. The building is very well built. We never heard the neighbors at all. The owner was very helpful. We had very clear instructions for checking in and out. I would definitely stay here again. Just an fyi: if you stay here, leave the bedroom doors open at night. There's not a vent in the hallway, so the bunk bed area gets hot. There was only one complaint. The washing machine smelled like mildew, and we couldn't get it to work.
