It has very recent renovations which make the house appear brand new. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen was very nice but the “blender” is a hand held mixer which didn’t work for us. There were no sauce pans but only sauté/frying pans and a large soup pot or maybe lobster pot.Toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen trash liners were in short supply for our two week stay. My understanding for those things in the list of essentials/amenities means those things should be supplied for the entire stay . There was only one hair dryer and , perhaps, should be one for each of the two bathrooms. There should be more details on the use of the televisions especially if the guests are not familiar with ROKU or doesn’t have a pin# for accessing ROKU. None of these critiques are deal killers but would clarify what is listed in the essentials/amenities. Took my family of four (ages 1-9) and it was very family friendly. No stairs to fight with, toys and books for kids on site. Big open space and nice backyard for kids to play. A great central location to enjoy SSI, nice neighborhood to take a walk in. The owner was gracious and checked on us before and after check in. Very easy to communicate with and extra helpful.
