This enchanting townhome boasts breathtaking beach and ocean vistas, offering a tranquil setting for your getaway. With comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, it's the ideal sanctuary to unwind and savor the soothing sounds of the sea. THE SPACE Step inside to find a cozy and well-appointed living space, complete with modern amenities and coastal decor that captures the island's laid-back vibe. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them at the dining table with ocean views. The location is truly unbeatable. Just a short stroll away, you'll find some of the island's beloved eateries. Unit 1106 is the end unit and has enough space for two cars. First enter through the courtyard gate to the front door. Ground Floor living space: As you enter the home, there is a half-bath on the left and a dining area that seats 6 comfortably. Just a few steps past the dining room is the kitchen with a breakfast bar and combination dining living space over looking the vast green lawn to the beach and ocean. On the patio is an outdoor dining space with a gas grill.
