  • Hodnett Cooper presents 760 Ocean Boulevard - one of St. Simons Island's largest 2 bedroom condominiums, complete with nicely landscaped lawns, a gated entrance, covered parking, swimming pool with hot tub, and an elevator.

    760 Ocean Boulevard is located just a short walk from the St. Simons Village and directly across the street from a public beach access. The historic lighthouse, Village fishing pier, local boutiques and wonderful restaurants are all located nearby.

    This second floor residence is professionally decorated, and features two large bedrooms with walk-in closets, two large tiled baths, a gourmet kitchen with black granite countertops, a large combined living and dining area, and a private balcony with partial ocean views. The master suite offers a jetted tub, generously sized walk-in shower, and access to the private balcony.

    Please note: The community pool will close for the winter beginning November 1st and will reopen in the spring.
