This is a wonderful duplex style home in the heart of the St. Simons Village for the budget minded. Located at 510 Magnolia, very convenient to shops, restaurants, pier, lighthouse, and Mallory Park.
Very private, fully fenced yard with outdoor seating and small grill. This is attached to 510 Magnolia B.
Features include two bedrooms, one bath, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area.
Please note: This property provides streaming TV only.
This residence will accept pets for a $150 non-refundable fee.
510 Magnolia is located within 0.30 miles of tide contingent beach access.
