This is a wonderful duplex style home in the heart of the St. Simon's Village meaning you can walk to a multitude of shops and restaurant all within a half mile. In addition the local fishing pier and historic lighthouse are landmarks within walking distance.
This home is freshly remodeled and features a single floor plan with two large living areas, perfect for spreading out. The largest common area includes a spacious, updated kitchen which is separated from the living room with a substantial kitchen island providing the cook the opportunity to interact with the rest of the family. The double sided wood burning fireplace provides a cozy winter perk for both living areas. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with the other two providing a queen and two full beds.
The back deck looks out to a large beautiful tree filled park providing a great venue for kids and pets to play! The home is connected to an en-suite apartment that is rarely used by the owner.

We had a great experience at this ranch home. It was more room than we expected, with lovely decor and a well-appointed kitchen. The neighborhood is close to all our favorite spots on the island. Check in and check out were a breeze.
This home was the perfect location, size and layout for us - we could not have chosen better for our family and dog! Check in and out was very easy and the agency was super responsive. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we stayed happy indoors watching old movies from the home's large collection. This home is a quick walk to the Village, backs up to the park (pickleball!) and is very well maintained.
Perfect location for our group! We were in town visiting family and this convenient location allowed us to have time to enjoy the area more. Quiet park setting, and just a short walk or bike ride to the pier, shops, and restaurants in the village. The house has lots of space to be together while also offering a few quiet nooks. The patio was a nice setting for breakfast. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms were great and we loved having three bathrooms. I would definitely recommend a stay at this home.
It's only 3 streets from the traffic light on Mallery and Ocean Blvd. It's a little tight on the parking if you have more than two vehicles. Plenty of sleeping area and bathrooms. Gas stove in the kitchen.
Location, Location, Location - This is a traditional SSI beach property with a back yard that opens to Mallery Park. The home is refreshed and very clean. Great home for family and friends. In the last 6 months we have stayed in 15+ vacation homes, by far this was the best for all points; location, size, cleanliness with great owners that care for the property. Highly recommended.
We come to the island several times a year and normally stay closer to the beach, but I think this property has converted me. We absolutely LOVED the parks for pets, basketball goal, pickleball, etc right outside the back door. Walking to the pier/village for shopping, coffee, etc was great as well. The house is huge! It's deceiving from the front, but it just keeps going and going once you get indoors. It was super clean and very nicely updated. We will be back without a doubt!
