In addition the local fishing pier and historic lighthouse are landmarks within walking distance. This home is freshly remodeled and features a single floor plan with two large living areas, perfect for spreading out. The largest common area includes a spacious, updated kitchen which is separated from the living room with a substantial kitchen island providing the cook the opportunity to interact with the rest of the family. The double sided wood burning fireplace provides a cozy winter perk for both living areas. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with the other two providing a queen and two full beds. The back deck looks out to a large beautiful tree filled park providing a great venue for kids and pets to play! The home is connected to an en-suite apartment that is rarely used by the owner. We absolutely LOVED the parks for pets, basketball goal, pickleball, etc right outside the back door. Walking to the pier/village for shopping, coffee, etc was great as well. The house is huge!
