All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. It could have been cleaner. We wiped down the surfaces again when we arrived. The kitchen was a little smaller than we thought but everything worked fine. We booked a long weekend girls trip and had a great time. Unfortunately we discovered the washing machine had broken and we relayed this to the manager. Very clean, had most everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. The Keurig is missing a piece but still functional. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable but the twins and king were nice. This unit was well decorated in a beachy theme and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and necessary cooking items. The one issue I had was the ice maker was not working but it was not a huge deal as I just purchased a bag of ice at the grocery store. Because of the orientation of the windows, many other guests/residents will be looking in your window; Water is under pressure and has an unpleasant taste--You will want to bring bottled water; There is only one card game available and no board games; You will be requested to gather all linens into one area and start dishwasher before leaving (this is in addition to the cleaning fee).
