I gave a 4 star overall rating because of the following- The shower floor in one of the baths was slimy feeling, not well cleaned. Also on 3 separate occasions we were surprised to find roaches in one of the bedrooms, bath, and kitchen areas. Gross! The check in/out process was very easy & simple.
