Our family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect house. Centrally located, a short bike ride to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. There was a small issue with the hot tub but the management company was very responsive and the problem was fixed promptly. The house is very clean. Check in and check out process is easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals instead of eating out for every meal. I’ve never slept so good away from home. The bed upstairs could use a foam pad, it’s a little too firm. The pool is mostly shaded, so the water stays pretty cool. I would recommend heating it. There is a playpen and mattress, and a high chair. My daughter rented these items elsewhere for the week unnecessarily, as the description does not mention them. And also available are four comfy beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. We walked the neighborhood daily for exercise. I highly recommend this property! ##### Julie H. The pool needed a little cleaning when we got there. But we got with management and they fixed it right away! The house was clean very nice ! The neighbors were great! They let us know what restaurants to go! The food was delicious .
