Step outside and hop on your complimentary golf cart to cruise to the beach, just moments away (1/10mile), or explore the nearby dining, shopping, and local attractions. You are one block from the Sixth Street beach access and one block to the picturesque marsh views at sunset. The home also features a brand new 12x24 swimming pool that can be heated for an additional charge of $50 per night. There is plenty of outdoor space with a screen porch, 15x23 covered deck, each with comfortable seating, and a huge turf yard! This house has it all! With space to sleep up to 8 guests, this home is perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy a luxurious beach vacation in one of the area’s most beautiful settings.

This traditional St. Simons Beach Cottage was completely renovated (inside and out) in 2024. No detail has been overlooked and has been thoughtfully planned around your vacation pleasure!!

Cottage Layout:

Enter the home from the quaint screened porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage and enjoy the vibe of East Beach.

The front door takes you into a huge family room with a large screen HDTV, two sofas with 2 recliners, and comfort as the main focus in this room. The living area is open to the dining room and convenient to the renovated galley kitchen.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed with adjoining master bathroom and sliding door with black out drapes opening up to the expansive backyard. It includes a HDTV and ceiling fan.

The guest bedroom includes a king bed with black out drapes, HDTV and ceiling fan.

The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunkbeds complete with HDTV and ceiling fan.

Both guest rooms share a generous hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a mudroom stocked with beach gear and towels.

There are plenty of parking spaces and 3 cars are allowed.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quaint neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Other things to note
Swimming Pool: Let us know at least 2 days before your stay if you'd like the pool heated. Pool can be heated up to 85 degrees for an additional fee of $50 per night.

Beach Gear Included: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddle boards and more are available for rent locally.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 50lbs or less with $100 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
