  • Full Amenities Package included. This listing features a 2 bed/2 bath condo available for rent year round. Our rates vary based on the season and length of stay. Our family LLC has independently owned this villa since 2001. Our villa is located at the King and Prince Resort on Neptune Road in St. Simons Island, Georgia. Full amenities package included.

    Our 1250 square foot villa offers many upgrades. The HVAC & condenser for heat & air are 2019 models. The Master bath now features custom cabinetry, granite surfaces, & handicap friendly walk in shower ( 3 inch clearance). The villa also offers ocean front views from the foyer, kitchen, living, master bed, & master bathroom, & balcony . The expanded foyer features ship lap wood finishes on the walls and ceiling.

    The villa has been renovated with tile flooring and shutters throughout. It features granite counters in the kitchen, bar, and bathrooms. It offers upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen and baths and built in bookshelves with mantle and fireplace in the living room.

    The villa includes upgraded 163 mph blunt force, sound, hurricane resistant impact glass facing the ocean. This resistance glass features sliding doors from the living area and master bedroom opening onto the balcony. Sliding glass can be replaced with screens to enjoy ocean breezes inside the villa. The balcony offers tile flooring & an 8 piece teak furniture set for relaxing, dining, and oceanfront views.

    Crabdaddys, Crab Trap, Beachcomber, & Fiddlers are all recommended restaurants within short walking distance. Use Golfnow.com for low cost tee time reservations. Sea Palms Golf is 5 miles from the villa. King & Prince Golf: 12 Miles. Jekyll island Golf: 20 miles. Choose a short walk to Ocean Motion for beach wear & bike rentals . See attendant under the yellow umbrella on the beach for chair & Umbrella rentals.

    24 hour security is provided by the King & Prince HOA. Covered parking is included. We require summer rates for UGA vs. FLA weekend. We require fall rates for Christmas through New Years Eve. Follow us at www.facebook.com/kpvilla

This is my family’s new favorite condo at King and Prince! We’ve vacationed here for decades, and this unit was perfect for our family of 4, 2 being small children. The panoramic view of the ocean is amazing! The furniture is comfy and casual. Owner was easy to communicate with and allowed an hour earlier check in time!We will be back!

This property had everything we needed & more. The washer & dryer were nice to have. When the weather was chilly it was wonderful reading by the ocean - only inside! Great views! The owners were quick to respond when we couldn’t get the T.V. to work.

Perfect getaway! The condo is as shown and described. Very clean! Timely and friendly responses from owners. The furnishings are a bit dated, but comfy. Slept great in the Master bed! And the library of books were appreciated for the rainy weekend!! The only thing we missed was a blender. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Resort Condo

We had a great stay at this condo for 2 nights the end of February 2025. The resort is in an excellent location on the beach on the eastern side of the island. The condo is a top floor unit with a fabulous view. It is very well laid out, comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. It is equipped with everything you need. The hosts are great and very responsive. The resort hotel/restaurant is next door. We ate at the restaurant one evening. The food is high quality and delicious with friendly attentive service. Needless to say, we're going back for a week next year.

Made our last minute trip PERFECT!

We kept saying “We need to go to the beach” and when we finally had time to look up, it was November. The weather looked promising so I checked for availability and found this unit. It was perfect! Gorgeous view of the beach, a beautiful property, plenty of space in our unit, and all of the amenities combined to make this much needed getaway exactly what we needed!! Will definitely check availability for this unit for future trips to the area.

Fabulous!

First of all the view was amazing. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with staples others had left behind. It was very clean. The condo is close to the parking lot so it was easy for my mother who is in her eighties to navigate. Except for a few repairman noises (not something horrible or even unexpected) it was quiet. Had a wonderful time.

Wonderful First Trip to St. Simons!

Our first trip to St. Simons didn't disappoint! This unit is exactly as shown. The patio is very nice with a beautiful sunrise and beach view! It was just us two, but, there is plenty of room for 6. We slept comfortably in the King bed. There were no umbrellas for the tables at the pool as you leave left from the unit front door, pool is on the right of the walkway. We weren't sure who to ask about it. The kitchen is well equipped; however, the coffee maker could use an upgrade. We will definitely rent this unit again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent weekend stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as listed and communication was great. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view (and we’ve stayed at several at King and Prince). The covered personal parking space and ease of getting to the condo was great. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Also, you can use all of the amenities at the hotel. If ever booking again for St Simons, I will definitely look for this availability first!
