The sparkling shores of East Beach are just steps away. This condo is located in East Beach Villas about 50 yards from the Olive Way beach access. This Condo is featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 9. Primed to offer you a taste of true island living, this laid-back escape is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and landmarks like Massengale Park and the World War II Museum. Enjoy coffee on the back deck in the mornings and cookouts in the evenings. Make fantastic memories in this great Pet Friendly Townhouse. Enjoy time with family and friends grilling on the private back deck, playing games in the spacious living area or chilling at the beach. Tons of new features and amenities including new granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, huge custom tile shower in the master bathroom, a convenient washer and dryer free for your use, and we even just installed a new ice maker to make it super easy to fill your ice crest! We tried to think of everything including a Smart TV in both bedrooms and Living Room with Cable TV and Streaming services and a special hose out front to wash the sand off!
House Layout: Upstairs you will find the kitchen with breakfast bar and serving bar, living room with sleeper sofa, dining room, a half bath, ice maker, and 2 decks- one on the front and a large one on the back with outdoor seating and charcoal grill. Downstairs (entry level) is the Master Bedroom which offers a king bed and a bunk bed, with a twin bed up top and double bed on bottom. This bedroom also offers an ensuite bathroom with attached laundry area. The second bedroom offers a king size bed and access to a private fenced in outdoor area that is perfect for storage! (Please note there is no grass in the fenced in area).

We enjoyed our Stay. Place is a little dated and it was a little bit of a trek to the beach through a little marshy/muddy area (it rained while we were there) but overall enjoyable with nice space to spread out with our different aged people.
We loved our stay! The place was perfectly located to be convenient to all our favorite spots and just steps from the beach! It was clean and cozy too! We really loved having our own ice machine too! The owner was so responsive…we hope to be back soon!!!

We loved this condo for how spacious it felt! The bedding was super comfortable, the large ice maker is a fun bonus. The best part is the walking distance to the ocean! Everything you need for a st Simon’s stay is here!
We had a great week in this condo. Super convenient walk to the beach. House is older, so expect some normal wear. Has some classic beach house charm. Loved the painting throughout the place. Recommend renting a golf cart to cruise to the close by restaurants and shops. Would definitely look into staying here again.
My family and I had an amazing week staying at this condo! It had everything you could possibly need during your stay! The ice maker was a life saver. They had plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets! The owner was so easy to reach and was very helpful when we got locked out! It is in a perfect location! Thank you for everything!
Please advise that the best way to the beach is to use the public access two blocks over or Massengale Park. The mosquitoes are ravenous if you walk through the paths at the end of Olive Way.
The property is listed as a 3 bedroom, which is inaccurate. It is a 2 bedroom property. Yes, there were an additional section with bunk beds, but that was not a bedroom.

Good communication. The bunk bed is not a separate room but extension of one of the rooms. If someone in the group has issue getting up & down stairs, this condo is not for them. All living is upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked, quiet area.

Older property, strange layout. Not easy to get to the beach. Path through overgrown bushes, 60 yds of mud then through the dunes. Arrived to neighbor telling us that all toilets were backed up along with sinks. County showed up and cleared the line. Two nights later dogs barking and howling next door.
We would return. Had a slight problem with lock. Contacted the host. Very quick response with a phone call. Problem was solved! Will remember this place for next time.
Major maintenance is needed. Shower in main bath leaked out on the floor. Screen to washer/dryer broken. Sades in master back windows torn. Hall full bath sink drained very slowly, medicine cabinets rusted. Owner was responsive, but these items are going to take some work.

The location is perfect, just walking distance from East beach. The property gets all the points for location but the property itself needs renovation.They have given amenities but they are just survival.. The doors are creaking, it looks like a 80s beach house, where all the appliances are old and need ages for that microwave to work, the bunk bead is creaky and their is no light and kids head got hurt so many times.. bathrooms gets clogged every time you use thsm, oh they gave detergent but wait it was empty, they gave bounty but it was empty box. Everything seems to be to fragile to touch .. prices were like we are getting a modern vacation home but all we got was the location to stay
