Professionally landscaped grounds feature stately oaks shadowing the gated entry, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. In the center of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large courtyard offering an oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, charcoal grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club 423 is beautifully furnished with a remodeled kitchen and offers a lovely view of the ocean and courtyard.
