The master suite and laundry room is located mid-level. The top floor features two guest room and two full baths. Covered porches are located off the kitchen and each of the bedrooms. The top floor guest bedroom offers a partial ocean view from the balcony. When we first arrived there were sugar ants in the kitchen, but HC sent pest control out right away and took care of it and there were no more issues the rest of our 3 night stay.
