This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is located in the desirable East Beach neighborhood... East Beach is convenient to numerous Island shops and restaurants, as well as the Historic Coast Guard Station. It is a great neighborhood that has easy access to the beach. The beach is an easy walk - only .3 miles... 1813 Bruce Drive is nestled amongst wonderful live oaks on an oversized corner lot complete with white picket fence. The fence is 3/4 surrounding the property, so not completely enclosed. Hardwood floors throughout the main living space and marble tile in 2 bathrooms are complimented by bead board ceilings and a tabby fireplace... It maintains that classic quaint cottage feel however has an updated kitchen to include granite counters and state-of-the-art appliances, expansive laundry room, large screened-in porch right off the kitchen, and a large front porch with Adirondack chairs and swing... The fourth bedroom and bath is located in the private guest house which is above the garage turned game room, which has a Ping Pong Table, Foosball table and full sized refrigerator. The guest house living quarters (accessible by exterior stairs) features a large den with a sleeper sofa and day bed. It also has its own small refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. There is a bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom attached directly to the bedroom. This space is perfect for the in-laws or another family wanting their own space...
