Desirable Ground Floor Condo in a Gated Community with Pool & Fitness Center!

You will love this two bedroom two bath beautifully decorated condo! This ground floor unit is in the desirable Harbour Oaks where you cannot get any closer to all that St. Simons has to offer. To the left just a few short blocks is the Pier Village where you will find all of your dining, shopping and sight seeing needs including the fishing pier, light house and Fun Zone with public swimming pool and putt putt course. Enjoy the convenience of being less than half a mile from the best beaches on St. Simons. You will even be within walking distance to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! In this unit you will enjoy lovely living room furniture, a large master bath with an expanded walk in shower, and wonderful views from the sun room of the duck ponds. Fitness center, tennis and pool are located on site as well as assigned covered parking space. The beds in this unit include a king in the master and 2 twins in the second bedroom, each featuring private baths. The pool at Harbour Oaks is open year round but is not heated. Sorry, but pets are not allowed.

COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.

Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. Great overflow accommodations for four-generation beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place to escape the hubbub of a four-generation week at the beach. Quiet, well appointed and well maintained. Large community pool and good fitness center for exercising in the heat of the day. Enjoyed watching a wide variety of song birds and shore birds beside the charming pond at the rear of the property. Location is very convenient to the restaurants, shops and pier in the Village.

Good location but needs update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but the condo is rather dated, felt a bit dirty and dark. Pots and pans were awful. Outdoor sitting area is miniscule.
