THE SPACE Step inside, you'll find a beautifully appointed living space, complete with modern amenities and stylish decor that reflects the serene beach atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures, while the cozy living area invites you to unwind after a day of sun-soaked fun. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and the outdoor decks are located on the 3rd level with a common space TV room. Bedroom 1 – Upstairs, Primary, King Bathroom 1 – Ensuite, combination tub/shower Bedroom 2 – Upstairs, Queen Bathroom 2 – Upstairs, Shared Hall Laundry – located in the hall between the bedrooms upstairs, stackable Bathroom 3 – Half Bath main level entry Bathroom 4 – Half Bath third level, TV room We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.
