Conveniently located in the heart of St. Simons Island, this home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with the primary bedroom located on the main level and equipped with a king bed, a TV, and a large master closet. The primary bathroom has a soaking tub, a large vanity, and a separate shower. The chef's kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and entertain and is fully stocked with microwave, cookware, dishes, glasses, blender, mixer, and utensils. The large family room with fireplace is open to the dining area, which can comfortably seat 8 people, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends. In addition to the main living areas, there is also a den/office with a double bed sleeper sofa and a half bath, and a sunroom on the main level overlooking the pool, providing extra space for relaxation. Speaking of the beach, this home is just minutes away from beach access, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. The house is beautiful and the layout is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with spices and seasonings and anything you would need to cook an incredible meal. We did have one small hiccup with the downstairs thermostat, but Dave responded quickly and had it repaired in an hour. It’s comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Our family loved the pool and hot tub that we mostly used as an additional portion of the pool (not heated). The island is gorgeous, and we enjoyed great food, ice cream, shopping at the village, exploring on a golf cart and nearby Ft Frederica and Driftwood Beach on Jekyll. This house has a great location, as well. We had an issue with hot water, but Dave was great with communication and instantly responded to correct the issue. We would love to return. If you’re hesitant, don’t be! This home and island are perfect! ##### meredith m. Has a great layout and very spacious. The outside is wonderful! Sit on the front porch or enjoy the back pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the large patio area. What an amazing visit to Broadway Breeze, a beautiful and comfortable escape in a great location on SSI. The heated pool, hot tub spa, & outdoor bath house set in an elegant travertine pool deck complete this SSI oasis. This home was perfect for our family vacation. Everything we needed for time well spent together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for family meals. Great location close to the beach access, grocery, local bakery, shops and of course the evening trips to the ice cream shops with the grands!
