Pet Friendly! Welcome to Bungalow 303! Conveniently located in the gated community of Island Square, just down the street from Redfern Village, this condo isn't far from St. Simons' most popular destinations. From here you can easily rent a golf cart, bike, or take a walk around our lovely island and enjoy every bit of your vacation. It's also only \~2 miles to the beach! If you get tired of sightseeing, relax by the pool or sweat it out at the fitness center - both are located right outside the door. Fresh and clean! This beautifully decorated ground-floor condo has been almost completely redone. The owners have put new flooring, fresh paint, and new furniture throughout. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sitting area perfect for reading a good book. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The full-sized washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, and third bedroom only. There is no cable at this property, but all 3 TVs are set up for streaming. There is also a quaint screened porch, perfect for breezy evenings if you enjoy the outdoors! This property is pet friendly, so bring your whole family and enjoy your stay at Bungalow 303! PLEASE CONTACT THE GOLDEN ISLES REALTY OFFICE FOR MONTHLY RATES! Maximum Occupancy: 6 CHECK IN AT 3:00 PM CHECK OUT AT 10:00 AM Parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but experienced headaches, vertigo, body aches and fatigue especially when we were housebound during inclement weather. Perhaps it was regular spraying for insects or poor ventilation. You couldn’t open any windows. When we left mid month and we’re outside we were much improved. Just odd.
