SECOND FLOOR UNIT. GATED. This cozy 3 bedroom condo has many upgrades & tv in all bedrooms. U will enjoy mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. 2 bedrooms have KINGS, 3rd bedroom has twin trundle beds. Please note 3rd bedroom is a converted sunroom into private bedroom space. Comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Pool access, Fitness Center, & option to add BIKES USAGE 4 a fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. SEE RULES 4 HIGH PET FEE Price Includes per stay: 8 Bath Towels 8 Wash Cloths 1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom) 8 Starter Coffee Pods If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20\.
