Welcome to Beach Please! You’re just steps away to your relaxing SSI vacation. This beautifully renovated condo is located in Beach Club, an oceanfront resort community. Enjoy all the amenities including oceanside saltwater pool, hot tubs, business center, fitness center, grilling area and tennis/pickleball court. Walk along the beach through the private beach access and to local favorite restaurants. Beach cart, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and cooler are provided during your stay.
Your luxury St. Simons Island rental features a newly renovated interior, glowing with natural light and a welcoming ambiance. Relax in the bright living area, complete with plush furniture and a large SmartTV for movie nights. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, leading to a quaint dining area. We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers and The Cottage Coffee Shop at The King and Prince.
Included amenities are a fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, grills and outdoor tables, a large saltwater pool, business center, kiddie pool & 2 hot tubs. 2 beach chairs are included to use during your stay. Additional chairs/umbrellas can be rented on the beach.

Note: This is a pet-free rental due to HOA regulations. This rental is located on the top floor - 4th with easy access to the elevator. Covered parking and luggage carts are available on the ground floor.
Parking notes: Parking in parking garage, passes required. Guest needs to go to Beach Club Main Office and get parking passes (2 Max) and pool access wristbands. Bike and Golf cart parking available.
Guests have access to the entire unit, 2 parking spaces, and the Beach Club amenities.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
We are a short walk to restaurants, shops, yoga studio and a quick bike ride to Pier Village.
What to expect in your unit: -Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided -Starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towel and trash bags are provided. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. -Security camera details: ring camera at front door. -No pets are allowed in this unit per HOA rules- reservation will be cancelled without refund and a minimum $250 fine will be charged. -No smoking of any kind is allowed in the home, on the balcony, or on the property in general. There will be a minimum $250 fine for any smoking and reservation cancelled without a refund. -No events or parties. No unregistered guests or a minimum $250 fee will be charged and reservation cancelled without a refund. -Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We felt welcomed. The kitchen was very well appointed. Any need was met there. The owner had a helpful booklet on where to eat and available activities in the area. Spot on! We were there for Christmas, and the owner had decorated with beach themed decorations. Pool was not heated, and this was disappointing, but the jacuzzis were hot. Great beach access.
This property was as beautiful as the online pics. It was spotless, comfortable, relaxing, quiet, and had everything we needed for a girls weekend away. GREAT communication with the owner. I highly recommend this condo! Would definitely stay here again!
We had an amazing stay at Beach Please! The space was very clean, well stocked & peaceful. The host was so kind and made us feel very welcomed. They made sure to think of every little thing you may need during your stay. We loved how local it is to restaurants & shops, while also being just steps away from the beach! A highlight for us was definitely bike riding around town & spending our mornings on the porch with the nice ocean breeze. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Can’t wait to come back to stay again soon!
We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and clean! The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was stocked well and was very orderly! The living area was a little small but the bedrooms made up for that. Especially the master bedroom. The walk to the beach was easy and there were no stairs, just ramps so that made it easy for the little ones. (Also made it easy to use a wagon)
The host was very thoughtful and had some nice gifts for us! I highly recommend this unit and hope to return next year!
The unit was so clean and well organized. Great location to everything. The pool was nice and when we didn’t grab a chair in time, we sat in the grass which was totally comfortable. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved this condo! Beautifully updated. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels and extra bedding. This was a great location and really appreciated the folder of recommendations. We loved the pretzel charcuterie at Barrier Island Brewery. All of the residents we ran into were really friendly too.

Wonderful condo. Clean and up to date. Kitchen well stocked and very comfortable beds. Beautiful amenities …pool and exercise room and hot tub. Long walk to beach yet we’ll worth it. Close to Pier and Light house and several great restaurants! Fiddlers being our favorite! We will be back!
Condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked. They also had two beach chairs and four beach towels for our use, which was greatly appreciated. My daughter used the workout room and said it was well equipped. Great location. Was able to walk to town in about 25 minutes. The complex appeared to be full but never had a problem getting a seat by the pool.

The decor is even better than the pictures. Beautifully remodeled, everything new. Condo has everything you need in a perfect location. We had a wonderful vacation.
