This recently renovated condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, ideally situated within walking distance to the Pier and Village area, and less than a mile from the beach. The living room is tastefully decorated, offering plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted TV, and a decorative fireplace, making it a cozy space for relaxation or entertainment. The renovated kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining and living room area, boasting stylish quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped setup for all your cooking requirements. From the kitchen and dining room, you can admire the serene lagoon and fountain water feature just outside. Whether you're cooking up a barbecue for dinner or simply relaxing, the back patio offers a picturesque view of the water.
