Newly renovated in summer of 2023, this 4-bedroom 4 bath in-town base camp has the perfect location and features to enjoy a great time on the island. \[Special Discounts\] Enter these dates to see discounted rates: February 22-26, 2026 (up to 4 nights) - discounted rates + book 3+ nights get one free! Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater. Probably the cleanest house of all the ones I have stayed at. Made us feel at home and we were able to walk everywhere includong the beach. There were multiple beacj access points which was also a bonus. Plenty of room for both my and my friends family. The little pool was a bonus too. Would def. Stay here again. ##### Katie L. The location is outstanding--a short walk to everything. The 11th St. beach access is close by, but the water is up to the rocks at high tide so you would probably want to go to a different beach.
