Welcome to Seaing is Believing located at 1004 Ocean Blvd - where the sand, surf and wonderful accommodations all come together for your perfect vacation. Less than 1 block to beach!! Real Escapes Properties is proud to welcome 1004 Ocean Boulevard to our program. Charming, recently renovated, amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome located just steps from the beach and only a few blocks away from the well-known St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Pier and Village area. As you enter the foyer area, you will find a shiplap wall that is featured in the two downstairs bedrooms and carried through to the upstairs. The first bedroom has two twins and a smart TV. The second downstairs bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and sliding door access to the outdoor patio and the common area fire pit. The shared bathroom downstairs is brand new with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second level features a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new cabinets, which opens up to a great living room/dining room/entertainment area. From the living room you will have sliding glass door access to the newly enlarged deck with table seating for four and a chaise lounge. You have a partial ocean view from the deck. The master bedroom upstairs boasts a king sized bed with a smart TV. The upstairs bathroom, with new everything, has a double vanity and walk in shower. The “Cedar House” residents share a huge fire pit and backyard grill. Hang with your old friends and make plenty of new ones! Oh…..and did we mention you are just STEPS from the beach when you stay at 1004 Ocean Boulevard? Reviewer Comments: The first time you walk into the townhome, you immediately feel that your money was well spent. We loved the feel and look of the place and it is walking distance from the beach. The reason I gave it 3 stars was that the AC was malfunctioned during our stay and myself and my guest were very uncomfortable in the 98 degree heat if you can imagine.
