Communication from the host was timely and clear from booking through arrival, which made the process smooth. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood—just a short and pleasant two block walk to the beach.Access was straightforward, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for restful nights. One suggestion I would offer is to add blinds to the back and sliding glass doors to improve privacy during the evening hours.While I truly enjoyed the stay and would consider booking this location again, I did find the number of fees associated with the rental to be a bit excessive.
