Nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre car celle-ci sentait la cigarette. En effet, elle donnait directement sur l'entrée où les gens fumaient et la fumée rentrait directement par la bouche d'aération. Pour un hôtel qui est censé être non fumeur, cela est incompréhensible... On nous a finalement donné une autre chambre un peu plus loin, cela a été mieux

Un séjour incroyable

Sincèrement accueille incroyable!! Que ce soit la dame de l’accueille ( il y en avais 2 une avec un petit accent étranger une brune cheveux long ( noir) et des lunettes . Une jeune femme très souriante et une autre également très gentille . Un monsieur de nuit vraiment à l’écoute. Également les femmes de ménages souriante un service incroyable ! Un bon petit déjeuner et le sourir des le matin je recommande !!! Hôtel super propre ! Il manques peut être une fontaine à eau pour remplir nos gourde et un distributeur de boissons mais ils mettent à disposition de l eau aromatisée devant l accueille merciii!!

Les mauvaises expériences se multiplient dans cet hôtel : Successivement : Réservation non prise en compte, obligé de trouver une alternative à 1h du matin, parking complet, lits simples alors que réservé spécifiquement un lit double, panne électrique... Le tout dans une ambiance impersonnelle en l'absence de toute considération prise en compte ou geste commercial. Heureusement la concurrence n'est pas très vive aux alentours, ceci explique peut être cela ...
