Large landscaped garden of 3000m2 with heated swimming pool of 12m, field of olive trees, pétanque court and swing. The pool house is equipped with a toilet, an outside shower, a fridge and a treadmill Inside, the farmhouse has been completely and tastefully renovated and offers very good amenities combining modern comfort with quality traditional materials. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the bathrooms refurbished, high speed WiFi is available everywhere. On the ground floor : Large open and bright reception area: living room, dining room, open kitchen opening onto a large terrace. A large scullery completes the kitchen with washing machine and dryer but also 2nd fridge, 2nd cooking unit and 2nd dishwasher as well as a separate washroom. Winter lounge in the veranda, a reading and games room with table foosball. Large master suite with an office hosting a convertible sofa, a large bedroom (2mx2m bed) and a bathroom with bathtub, superb Italian shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs : 3 Bedrooms with 360-degree views of the Alpilles. A Suite has its own shower room and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate toilet. Everything you need for a large family or group gathering. Kitchen well stocked with equipment- this is saying a lot from two chefs. Spent days shopping at local markets, cooking and playing Petanque at the house. Host Sophie-provided a great list of suggestions from restaurants to markets. The best of any house we have rented with plenty of everything including two dishwashers. Lovely open plan sitting room / kitchen and very large master bedroom with state of the art bathroom and fabulous shower. A very pretty garden and terrace with a swimming pool at the far end, which was perfect for us as we had a toddler. The location is excellent as from the back looks out to countryside and the mountains and then from the front it is an easy walk into Saint Remy where there are great shops and restaurants. We were unlucky with the weather as it was exceptionally windy everyday. ( Second week in September) so hardly used the swimming poo as was too cold. We had asked for it to.be heated which it was on arrival but then I think the heating must have been turned off. We did tell this to the concierge as well as the fact that the gas hob in the kitchen did not work from the beginning of our stay, but we did not hear back from her which was a pity. This was the only negative of what is a very comfortable house to rent. ##### Mrs B. The villa is lovely . It has beautiful large grounds with a big heated swimming pool. The grounds are well maintained . The location of the villa is the biggest positive as you can walk into the town in 10 minutes, a very well equipped supermarket is 7 mins away walking and you can also walk from the villa into the nationalPark where there is spectacular scenery and walks. The villa was very clean with good quality fittings , mattresses ( quite hard but memory foam so liked by most ) and good linens . The ONLY downside is that there is only one toilet upstairs serving 3 double bedrooms . The apartment and the master suite ( which is superb) have their own toilet . Extremely well equipped kitchen and utility with 2 large American style fridge freezers. Sophie from VRBO was great at communicating with me , as was the house manager Carine. Die Schlüssel Übergabe hat tadellos funktioniert und die Lage ist prima. Man kann direkt los wandern und auch gut zu Fuß einkaufen. Die Betten sind sehr bequemMit großen gemütlichen Decken, was wir nicht als selbstverständlich sehen in Ferienhäusern. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ein absoluter Traum! Das Haus ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, sodass man gemütlich zum Markt oder zum Frühstücken in den Ort schlendern kann. Gleichzeitig kann man wunderbar in den Hügeln auf der anderen Seite Joggen gehen. Un séjour inoubliable dans cette superbe villa avec une vue spendide sur les Alpilles, visible depuis toute la maison et le jardin. Le mas provençal, magnifiquement rénové, allie parfaitement le charme traditionnel et le confort moderne. Chaque pièce est décorée avec goût, et tout est pensé pour que vous vous sentiez immédiatement comme chez vous. Le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, avec ses oliviers, son terrain de pétanque et sa grande piscine chauffée. Nos enfants ont passé des heures à jouer au baby-foot et à se balancer, tandis que nous nous détendions sur la terrasse ou dans la piscine. Le soir, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir préparer nos repas dans la cuisine ouverte, spacieuse et entièrement équipée, avant de dîner sous la pergola. Les espaces nuits sont très confortables.
