The villa is not far from the centre of St Remy and close to the large supermarket. The pool and the seating area is very comfortable and the pool a good size and heated. We were in the large bedroom but were very disappointed with the very small , uncomfortable and low bed and no chest of drawers. Slightly strange that the other 2 bedrooms shared a w c accessed from the main corridor. We have rented villas in France for almost 30 years and have never had to bring our own pool towels and have never not had hand towels in the bathroom or kitchen. We travel from Scotland by train and have to be very careful how much we carry with us. The fridge in the kitchen was broken , the plug was missing in the kitchen sink and the jets in the bath were very dirty. We would also rather pay a bit more to have toilet rolls, washing up liquid, washing powder, kitchen roll , soap etc provided on arrival.

Un accueil, un suivi et une disponibilité remarquables par Nicole. La villa est très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Cependant, en tenant compte de l'évolution actuelle et future du climat, une climatisation dans les chambres serait un bon investissement car il devient difficile de jouer avec l'aération et la présence de plus en plus envahissante de moustiques dans les régions Sud. Une piscine exceptionnelle bordée par un murier à feuilles de platane qui propose une couverture ombragée parfaite pour le repos. Bref, tout est présent pour assurer au vacancier un séjour parfait, sans tracas.

Charmante Gastgeberin. Sehr schöner und großer Pool. Viel Platz im Haus und im Garten/Pool für die beiden Kinder. Prima und geschützte Grillmöglichkeit. St. Remy zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten. Zwei fast unabhängige Wohneinheiten. Großer Kühlschrank. Pool wird kontrolliert und am Samstag gründlich gesäubert. Haus etwas abgewohnt, ist innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einziges Manko: Schimmel an Wänden, in den Schränken, wohl ein Wasserrohrbruch vor unserer Ankunft. Dies bedarf einer Sanierung, da eindeutig gesundheitsgefährdend. Ein Zimmer war überhaupt nicht zu nutzen, die zwei Betten dort mussten in das andere Zimmer gebracht werden. Eigentlich müsste vom Preis für die Nichtnutzbarkeit und Gesundheitsgefährdung etwas zurückerstattet werden. Aber insgesamt ideal für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Es war trotz des Schimmels sehr schön.

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. De villa was zeer ruim met een super groot zwembad. Aangenaam terras en buitenkeuken. Rustig gelegen en toch nabij het centrum van Saint-Rémy. Een aanrader.

La maison, dont les volumes sont agréables et bien conçus, a besoin de sérieux travaux de rénovation. A part quelques réparations ici et là, l'état général est ancien, les carrelages sont vieux et abîmés dans la cuisine, voire très abîmés sur la terrasse. A l'extérieur : - les transats ne sont pas ceux en bois de la photo, ils sont en nylon qui a jauni et les serviettes gardent une odeur de vieux plastique, - l'espace repas extérieur est vétuste, carrelage cassé, vieux poêle (?) inutile et support de tuyau d'arrosage rouillé fixé dans un mur qui se délabre.. - la piscine est bien entretenue et a sauvé notre séjour, malgré des margelles qui datent - le jardin est entretenu au minimum, les haies ne sont pas taillées A l'intérieur : - malgré une plaque à induction récente, la cuisine est carrément vétuste avec un évier en très mauvais état, une hotte d'aspiration dont l'éclairage ne fonctionne pas et des armoires d'un autre âge avec de la crasse sur les ferrures.. la vaisselle est minimaliste et la poële est carrément hors d'usage ! Nous avons été acheter des assiettes et des couverts.. - le WC visiteur sent l'égout, la robinetterie est vétuste, - la robinetterie de la douche a perdu son plaquage chromé, la lampe et le cadre du mirroir sont en plastique qui a jauni - les portes et fenêtres ont été repeintes, pas toujours avec soin, et restent anciennes - les volets et leurs attaches sont également anciens, ça coince de partout.. - la serrure de la porte principale, minimaliste, ferme mal Le prix payé ne correspond pas à la prestation reçue, de très loin.

Je viens de passer 35 jours dans cette charmante villa. Situee a 10 minutes a pied du centre du village de St Remy et de tous les commerces, c'est vraiment la villa ideale pour des vacances dans un des plus beaux villages de Provence. La piscine est immense, le jardin tres agreable, calme, cloture, sans vis a vis, son abrocotier delicieux. L'interieur de la maison est tres spacieux, blanc, sobre, reposant. La chambre parentale, avec son immense salle de bain, constituent comme un petit appartement en lui-meme, un veritable havre de paix, separe des deux autres chambres d'amis qui ont aussi leur propre salle de bain. J'ai recu ma famille et mes amis sur plusieurs jours et chacun avait son espace prive. La grande table dehors permet de prendre tous vos repas a l'ombre et face aux Alpilles. Enfin, Nicole m'a accueillie comme si j'etais un membre de sa famille. Je suis Francaise mais habite aux USA depuis tres longtemps, Nicole m'a tout explique sur le village, m'a conduite en voiture pour me montrer les endroits strategiques, m'a emmenee faire des courses au debut. Ensuite, une fois bien installee, elle s'est montree tres discrete. Je ne pouvais pas rever de meilleures vacances. Merci Nicole pour cet accueil inoubliable, je reviendrai vite.

Un accueil chaleureux nous a été réservé par la sympathique et charmante propriétaire Nicole pour un séjour de deux semaines dans sa jolie et confortable villa très "cosy" bénéficiant d'une piscine spacieuse entourée par un jardin verdoyant et avec vue sur les Alpilles. Situation idéale aussi bien pour faire du shopping au centre-ville de Saint-Rémy que pour faire des randonnées et du vélo dans les Alpilles provençales. Pour les amoureux de la mer, la Méditerranée n'est pas bien loin. Nous avons pleinement apprécié nos vacances. Grand Merci :) Barbara, Philippe, Natasha et Raphaël

Very warm and friendly welcome from Nicole to her superb and spacious property with a fantastic pool and outside area. Short walk to the centre of St Remy which leads to some very good walks into the Alpilles Hills and surrounding area. A good variety of restaurants to choose from and various shops and activities available. We would certainly recommend the property and area and would love to return here again.

Jolie maison claire, spacieuse et soignée. Très bien équipée, superbes piscine et jardin, aucun vis-à-vis, endroit calme, propriétaire aussi charmante que discrète, situation idyllique (10 min du centre ville à pied, excellente boulangerie à 10 min à pied, skatepark parfait tout tout près), bcp de jolies choses à voir alentours... On s'est tout de suite senti chez soi et le séjour à été parfait !

Une propriétaire charmante, toujours disponible et très discrète sur laquelle on peut compter. Une villa très spacieuse, très propre, très bien équipée et magnifiquement décorée. Une grande piscine super agréable bordée d'une vaste terrasse dont une partie, couverte, permet de manger à l'ombre et de faire d'agréables barbecues. Un vaste terrain clos et un accès fermé par un portail électrique permettant aux enfants de jouer sans aucun risque... Tout cela au calme mais à proximité immédiate de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence nous a permis de passer un magnifique séjour ! Merci encore à madame Pascal !

Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire qui est à là pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. La maison est conforme à la présentation voir même mieux. Aucun souci de propreté ni de matériel. La piscine est parfaite et régulièrement entretenu. N'hésitez pas car de plus la région est belle et riche de découvertes.
