The 150 m² Bastide du Couchant offers 3 double bedrooms with 3 individual bathrooms, on the ground floor a beautiful living space with a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen & fireplace area opening onto a spacious terrace. Enjoy a 700 m² enclosed garden shaded by century-old oak trees, a multitude of colorful flowers, and aromatic herbs. The garden features a 7x5m swimming pool, secured and heated from the beginning of May to the end of September, a bathroom, a pool house equipped with a Green Egg barbecue, and spacious terraces arranged on different levels.
