The condo included plenty of starter amenities such as coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, and trash bags. It was clean and comfortable. The balcony enjoys full sun during the day, which was lovely. The proximity to the beach was also fantastic. I did experience a few issues during my stay. The first issue was with the hot water. For a full day, I didn’t have hot water in the condo. I messaged the property manager and she very quickly replied. She instructed me to run all faucets on full blast for several minutes. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. It was Sunday, so she’d send maintenance the following day. Fortunately, by Monday morning, the hot water was working again. There is construction going on at the waterpark behind the building and I wondered if that caused the hot water to not function. The next issue was with the bathroom faucets spraying water all over the sinks and floors due to calcium build up. Maintenance was sent promptly and they fixed the sinks. A week after the first hot water incident, it happened again. I once again reached out to the property manager. She offered again to send maintenance. Fortunately the issue resolved within a few hours. I asked for compensation for not having hot water twice during my stay and I was told they manage 33 condos in the building and no one else had complained (the building shares hot water). It made me feel like she was calling me a liar. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for this. ##### Melissa W.
