This first floor waterfront condo comes with your own private and fenced 14’ x 28’ direct waterfront patio where you, your friends, family, can watch gorgeous sunrises while enjoying that early morning coffee as the dolphins play and the boats go by. The owners thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The beach is a short walk across gulf boulevard with private beach access. The heated pool was also very nice. We loved sitting on the patio that faced the intercoastal waterway! There are two tables and two umbrellas which allow for plenty of sitting for everyone. Just walk across the road to the beach which is always stunning! This condo was stocked with goodies and we had plenty of towels, trash bags, beach items and more! I would say the pictures don’t do the condo justice. It’s super clean and bright! Patrick was great to communicate with! Very responsive and accommodating!!! We WILL be back! ##### Jessica K. I'm definitely recommending and staying there again. Such a nice, cozy and clean apartment to stay.
