It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk in total to the ocean because the sand bank is deep and beautiful. For what it is I’d give it 5 stars but due to small details like need cosmetic repairing I rated the stay a 4\. It was worth the price and great communication with management. ##### Natelyn V. The location is great. The condo is a good size for a one bedroom. However, it is listed as a 3 bedroom and it only has one bedroom. The microwave didn't work. The washer used hot water if you put it on cold and cold water if you put it on hot and i didn't discover this until after washing our clothes. The blinds didn't work, so light flooded the living area (where the extra beds are) in the morning. The linens were stained. I had a very difficult time with the owner, although ultimately we were able to resolve the issues. Another positive was the unit was well stocked. ##### Shannon Z. Shawn was great with communication, and was able make accommodations for us upon request.The condo is perfect for two, with a shared dock in the back. Easy access to entertainment. We walked a lot because we preferred, but only a short drive if needed. Would suggest renting a golf cart The condo was clean and just as described. Would recommend if staying in the area.
