### Treasure Island Retreat

Situated just one block from the picturesque Gulf shores and a short walk to the vibrant boardwalk of historic John's Pass, this property offers proximity to waterfront restaurants, local shops, live music, and family-friendly attractions. Designed to accommodate both couples and families, this bright and spacious unit can sleep up to six guests and provides all the comforts necessary for an enjoyable stay. Guests will appreciate a fully equipped kitchen for convenient meal preparation, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room, perfect for unwinding after a day spent outdoors. Additional amenities include complimentary parking and a welcoming communal outdoor seating area

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM  
• Minimum rental age of 25  
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.  
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.  
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.   
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.  
• We are happy to accommodate pets and charge a pet fee per pet per stay. For stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

This property has so much potential. The decor is very nice, but there were several issues that need immediate attention and resolutions prior to renting out the property. The TV's and wifi do not work properly. There is NOT at washer and dryer. The plumbing makes a loud noise and there is NO HOT water ever. Additionally, it needs a dressing mirror in the bedroom because the bath is very small and a place to wash off sand outdoors, The beach area is very nice and easily accessible. We loved the location! The place just needs some finishing touches and it could be perfect!
