Amy was a wonderful host and everything was very clean. Beds were comfy and there were so many amenities for a family going on vacation. We were close to shops, restaurants, the pool and beach. We were able to go fishing and enjoyed watching the dolphins while drinking our coffee every morning. We've stayed here once before and will definitely be back again :). The location was fabulous, and the rental was very spacious, quiet area and very walkable. The view was great to capture sunrises and enjoy the deck for meals. The only complaint would be the upstairs is carpeted and smelled musty and really needed a good cleaning. I did not reach out to Amy, the host, only because I didn't see much to be done with the situation. The beach is literally across the street and Publix is a half block away. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance so we never had to move the car! The balcony overlooks the bay so we watched dolphins every morning. The pool was nice and we mostly had it to ourselves all week. The downstairs of the unit has been updated and in great condition. The upstairs could use some TLC. Better cleaning and new bed spreads. (There was some mold on master shower tile and under the bath mat. Guest bathroom had hair on floor between baseboard and rugs.)
