Welcome to The Tiki House, a laid-back group of four stylish one-bedroom condos across the street from the beach on Treasure Island. Each condo has its own entrance, and it`s a short stroll to Sunset Beach, Caddy`s Waterfront and Ka-Tiki. Great for solo travelers, couples, families or groups traveling together.

GUEST ACCESS
Your condo is private, with its own entrance. The 15x8 ft swim spa (pool and hot tub combo) and outdoor shower are shared.

• A short stroll to Sunset Beach
• Caddy`s Waterfront and Ka-Tiki, local and tourist favorites for food, cocktails, live entertainment and sunsets

GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM or later, check-out 10:00 AM. Fees apply for early check-in or late check-out.
• Minimum rental age: 21.
• The entire property is non-smoking.
• No events or parties.
• Pets: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee. Please tell us if you`re bringing a pet. Undisclosed pets may result in additional fees.
• Breaking these rules may result in cancellation and/or eviction. These rules override any conflicting information elsewhere in the listing.

Check-in 4:00 PM or later, check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, requested and paid through your booking platform.

The guest who books must be at least 21. Other guests may be any age. We`ll confirm this by message after booking and may check ID in person at check-in (we don`t keep copies).

The entire property is non-smoking. No events or parties.

Pets: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee. Please include your pet in the reservation.

Serious violations will be reported to the platform you booked with and handled under its policies, which can include cancelling the reservation.
