We pick this cottage because it was within walking distance of the marina and boat ramp. The host allowed us to park our jet ski on the property and was very accommodating. We loved hanging out on the back porch in the evenings, walking in to town and enjoying the local breweries and restaurants. We also walked to the local fish market to get our catch of the day! Completely updated and fully stocked with everything and more you would need for your home-away-from-home. The owner was quick to answer any questions and we felt very comfortable during out stay. Everything you want or need is within walkig distance ie groceries (organic market), a multitude of restaurants, shops and boutiques. We loved that it was a quick 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach but even better was taking the ferry over to the beach which was lovely! We were 15 minutes from most places we wanted to visit but most of the time we spent just enjoying the town of Dunedin. The home is behind the main house; separate and private.. Parking was easy right in front of the home. We would love to return. My wife and I really enjoyed the golf cart and used it to go down to the park for sunset every night. We really wanted to try the bikes on the trail but it was just to hot this time. Walkable to downtown, short drive to the beach. Dunedin is super dog friendly so I was able to bring my dogs with me everywhere we went.
