Everything was nice and enjoyed our stay. Parking in between the concrete wall and a concrete column was a serious test of my skills. But overall I would recommend. Right close to the beach and a nice pool.

Convenient and close to the beach!

We were in town for a sporting event and wanted to stay close to the beach this year. This condo was right on the beach, with perfect views and close to dining and a few shops. The space was adequate, but if you plan on cooking, the pantry was not stocked at all! Management was super responsive and we had a great stay. Would definitely come back again!

Good location for a short stay

This was one of the few properties that allowed for a short stay (3 nights) on a holiday weekend with a reasonable rate. It is a minimally stocked condo (bring your own paper towels, food storage containers, and coffee filters) that is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and beach access. The water is approximately 400 yards a way. The condo is on the second floor directly above the pool. If you have older kids that can swim on their own, this is perfect because you can sit on your balcony and see/hear everything that is happening in the pool area. The smaller bedroom is directly across from the elevator, but those sleeping in that room didn't complain of any noise. The parking spot is very tight between a concrete pillar and a mini-split unit. We pulled the mirrors in on the Chevy Malibu car and were able to park carefully. The check-in process was very smooth and front desk staff was very helpful. Chairs, umbrellas, etc. were easy to rent right on the beach.

Excellent location to restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Balcony large enough to seat 4 comfortably. Right on the boardwalk for easy walking to other hotels for food and drinks.

Location was convenient but further away from the ocean than I thought. Check-in process was easy and the condo was clean and equipped for our long weekend stay. The second bathroom was really small, but all in all we had a wonderful trip!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the beach. During the day the beach was great. There are umbrella and chair rentals available from a company located on the beach. There is a snack bar close by. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun set and gazing at the stars at night. Would highly recommend.

It is located close to everything on Treasure Island. The condo is on the beach, and there is a balcony overlooking the beach. Great place to watch the sunset!

Great location but jacuzzi ruined our swimsuits

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location is fantastic. The only complaint is that they had so much chlorine in the Jacuzzi that it burned our skin and ruined our swimsuits.
