\-Pets permitted with $150 pet fee per pet  
\-No gatherings, parties, or events of any size.  
\- Gas Grill  
\-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)  
  
Essentials:   
\-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.  
 \-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.   
\-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.  
  
Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.  
  
Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

#### Family Beach Vacation with our pup

The house was beautifully decorated and the pool was amazing. The bedding was really comfortable, the living room was cozy, and the kitchen was well equipped. My kids loved the board games and having a TV in their room! The management staff was super responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!…and the coffee shop down the street was delicious!

#### Wonderful Stay at Blue Lagoon Home

The Blue Lagoon home is lovely and worked well for our family. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. Having a private pool was fantastic! The beach is about 1/2 mile away (a nice, easy walk) and beach access is convenient. Check-in, check-out and communication with the host was easy.

We loved our stay here and would definitely return in the future. Indian Rocks Beach is much more laid back than Clearwater if that's your thing (it was for us), and this place is great. Our kids swam in the pool for hours each day, and it's an easy 10 minute walk right to the beach. Can't go wrong!

#### Beautiful home in a great location

We loved our stay here. The house was newly updated inside with large rooms and very comfy beds. The outdoor space and pool was large and wonderful. Lots of places to sit and entertain, the pool was clean, big and warm and loved the outdoor shower option. Location was close enough that we could walk to the beach (\~10 min walk) and close to stores, restaurants and views of the bay. Alan was great to work with. He was very responsive and checked in on us. Definitely would recommend staying with family and friends.

#### Great stay

The house and back area were just advertised. The master bedroom was huge, my husband and I were able to share this with our kids (in the pull out couch). The backyard was amazing and relaxing, quick 10 min. walk to the beach, 2 min drive. Alan was a great host! Definitely recommend and would book again.

Home was great! Pictures shown are exactly what you get! House spacious, clean, bedrooms great size, check in super easy, great quiet neighborhood, close to everything and we were able to check out an hour later. We’ll definitely be back again!!

#### Wonderful Private Patio and Pool Area

The Blue Lagoon was beautiful and had a fun, comfortable beachy feel. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was right there so we never had to leave. The master bedroom was amazing, and all the beds throughout the home were very comfortable. We spent most of our vacation soaking up the sunshine on the patio, floating in the pool, watching football at the Tiki Bar, and of course playing several games of ping pong, The property manager was very responsive as we prepared for the trip. They checked in to be sure we had everything we needed during our stay and were friendly and accommodating throughout our planning and visit. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and we will definitely return.

Alan, Taylor and Classic Vacations rental team were great! Great communciations and very accommodating. The Blue Lagoon property was fantastic! Nicely remodeled, clean, and great amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

#### Perfect First Trip to Gulf Coast!

We would definitely return and stay here again to visit Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf Coast, again! The house was in a quiet neighborhood - just 10 minute walk to Indian Rocks beach (multiple public access piers). Pool was great. Beds were comfy. Great place to get a quiet nights sleep after a peaceful day on the beaches!

We did a girls trip and had a wonderful time here the house was wonderful we had everything we needed. Back yard was awesome! Some of the girls would relax by pool and others would go and do other things during day was perfect for us! Would recommend and when we come back will definitely stay here again!
