  • Perfect vacation getaway! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a private balcony with a spiral staircase. The Living room and Master bedroom are both open to the balcony and have a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has a Roku smart TV and cable. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a ceiling fan, TV, and en suite bathroom. The Master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Double bed and a Twin bed with a ceiling fan and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower in the hallway. The full-size kitchen also has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. There is a Washer and Dryer right in the unit for your convenience. There is also FREE long-distance calling to U.S. and Canada and free secure WiFi. The property has fewer units than other buildings and is a joy to vacation at, the pool is heated, there are pool area bathrooms, gas grill and there is a hot tub too. Don't forget to use the FREE weekday bike rentals from the managers - Plumlee!

    Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

    Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

    Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

    Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
