My wish list would include different shower head in hall bathroom as it was very weak, frying pans with lids that fit and a larger cookie sheet, otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. Bad smell as we entered, broken door handle, chairs are quite wobbly, dryer cannot be run w/o setting the fire alarm off(had to move a fan in front of the dryer), stains on carpet and sofa are very unappealing, gross wall around the shower, no “view of the Gulf of Mexico” and definitely not a “premium” queen sofa and an oven that’s barely functioning. I’m not one to complain, but for what we paid I expect a little more. I’ve stayed in rentals before w/ much better accommodations for half the price. ##### Joy P. The property management company, iTrip Vacations, in Madeira responded to my text, but only offered to clean it of course once we had already moved our stuff in. This would have been an inconvenience. It should have been completely clean before moving in. This place was perfect for our family. Our friends also stayed in a condo on the floor above us. The beach was just across the street. It’s directly next door to Publix grocery store and across the street from the public beach entrance. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few walking minutes. Beds are very firm. We were extremely disappointed to arrive and discover the balcony was unusable due to construction. Yes, management emailed me about the dilemma 2 days before arrival but since I’d already received the check in email I didn’t see the new email. I wish they would’ve called me instead since it was only 2 days before arrival. We would’ve booked elsewhere since sitting on a warm balcony by the ocean is a top vacation requirement for me. We didn’t rent a car so this location was perfect. The hot tub was pretty gross and needed to be cleaned out. ##### Missy S. We went to Treasure Island during a cold snap, but the pool was so nice and warm and the hot tub was relaxing. The condo's floor plan is unusual, but if you like the second bedroom away from the master, it's great! The kitchen is very narrow. One of the best things was the quick response from the mgmt team when I had a question. Also, you can see a bit of the ocean from the deck, and having the grocery store right next door was a great convenience. ##### Debbie D. Highly recommend for a getaway, and would come back in a heart beat. Enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by 2 days. ##### Anna G.
