The studio has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven), 2 queen bed, full bathroom with bathtub. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to the balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo. Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Prestwick building, with walkout to the balcony patio. You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well. The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use. The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site. There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area. The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants. Other things to note 2nd floor unit and No Elevator. We have several listings that are on property of the Innisbrook Golf Resort, from studios to 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Condos! We have it all! This is what we specialize in. If you travel with friends or groups, contact me and we will guide you to condos best suited for your visit. Special Note: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: (VRBO Moderate Cancellation Policy) A deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00\. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. Also, my name was not in the security system, and it was good i had printed out my contract to show them. I would add to the property Overview that the renter is responsible for starting the washing of the towels using the soap and bleach provided to avoid that being overlooked. the balcony only has four chairs, so if you allow 6 persons, there are not enough chairs! the toaster only worked on the one side of both slots. the safe was found locked closed, so it was inoperable. none of these issues were a vacation killer. ##### mitchell l.
