The kitchen is modern and spacious, outside area is perfect for relaxing and lounging. Loved the night lights in the swimming pool and our dogs enjoyed the grass area! The house is in an excellent location for all of the above. House was very clean and heated pool was great. Hosts communicated very well. Kitchen was new, modern and well appointed. The new pool was a wonderful addition. The backyard was just as pictured and had everything we could want. We ended up staying at the house most of the day since the weather was great and we wanted to lay by the pool. Barry was great and communicating with anything that was needed and made it a great experience for us. It’s about a 20 min drive to the beach and we just took Uber, which was never an issue, but nothing super close to walk to if that’s what you’re looking for. The location is close to everything including multiple parks that allow dogs which was great for nice walks. The owners of the property were very accommodating in helping us push back our stay by a day because of hurricane Ian. When we arrived we noticed that the hot tub wasn't working properly so I called Barry and he was very friendly and resolved the issue immediately.
