This community features a waterfront heated pool and hot tub, making it a perfect retreat for endless relaxation. Situated on the water, there is an expansive lawn with shuffleboard, gas grills, outside seating and a private fishing dock where you may find dolphins and manatees closer than imaginable! All furniture has been recently updated for a modern coastal feel and Xumo Smart TV’s in the living room and primary bedroom offer endless entertainment. Retreat to your penthouse and dine al fresco on your oversized private waterfront balcony or during the day, you may enjoy the 8th floor sundeck with lounge chairs and panoramic water views. We have stayed at many condos over the years and would rate this one at the top! The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness, Very much above average..just a few of the many pros…amazing balcony and inter coastal view, quick walk to the beach, warm salt water pool, clean pool and hot tub, condo building is very well looked after, nice neighbours, well stocked with towels, comfortable beds, nice to have a washer and dryer, very handy to have supplies to start and spices, etc. Would highly recommend, easy to book, very good communication, easy payment…cons…none!
